Seals knotted shorts romper

The cutest little shorts rompers around.  Put a t-shirt underneath on cooler days and wear as is when its hot.  These are made of 95% cotton summer fleece (super soft and cozy but not too warm) and 5% spandex.  They feature seals on a light rust background with a liner in charcoal.  Make them a bit bigger or smaller by adjusting the knot.
